YDHF’s next Community Network Forum will feature the newly funded outreach and engagement program in North Richmond.

Come along to learn about North Richmond Community Health’s new outreach service that will engage and respond to the needs of the local community. This service will provide trauma informed outreach to clients (People Who Use Drugs) and complex clients within the North Richmond Precinct and associated boundaries.
